Terms & Conditions By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By booking or using the services provided by Sticks, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Liability Waiver:
Assumption of Risk Golf simulators involve physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the simulator, including but not limited to: Strains, sprains, or other injuries from swinging clubs Contact with simulator equipment or facility surfaces Injuries caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions
Liability Waiver By entering our facility or using our golf simulator: You and any guests release, waive, and discharge Sticks, its owners, staff, affiliates, and contractors from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for any injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from use of our services or facilities. You are responsible for your own actions and safety, and for the safety of any minors you accompany.
Rules & Conduct To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, you agree to: Use equipment responsibly and only as instructed Follow all staff guidance and posted signage Not bring alcohol, cigarettes, cigars, vapes, or sharp objects into facilities Refrain from reckless, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the facility without refund.
4. Membership Access and Responsibility
Access to the facility is limited strictly to the member associated with the active booking or membership. Only the named member may enter and use the simulator bay during their reserved time slot. Members may not share, transfer, or otherwise permit others to use their membership or booking privileges.
Members are fully responsible for the conduct, actions, and any damages caused by any individual they allow into the facility during their session. Unauthorized use or entry by non-members, or by individuals claiming to have the next time slot, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership and/or loss of facility access without refund
5. Damage Policy You and any guests are financially responsible for any damage you cause to the simulator equipment, facility, or other guests’ property due to misuse, negligence, or violation of rules. You acknowledge that all activity on the premises may be filmed and recording may be used to identify the source of any property damage
6. Booking & Cancellation Bookings must be made online, in advance. No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeited session time and/or restrictions on future booking ability
Annual memberships are a one-year commitment. If a member chooses to cancel their annual membership before the end of the 12-month term, a cancellation fee will apply.
The cancellation fee will include:
The difference between the annual discounted rate and the regular monthly rate for the number of months (rounded to next complete month) membership was active, plus
A $150 early cancellation fee.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ali@sticks.cc. Membership access will remain active through the paid period unless otherwise requested.
7. Minors All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. That adult assumes full responsibility for the minor's conduct and safety
8. Health & Safety If you have a medical condition or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, we reserve the right to deny service for your safety and that of others
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
